Help us out and make sure you qualify for the friend reward by checking the following boxes:
1)The player must have never had the app on their device before
2)The player must have downloaded the app through your invitation
3)The player must connect through Facebook once they download the app
If you fit these requirements, double-check that you have not already received the reward. In order to redeem the prize, go to your friend's list and scroll to that friend. You will be prompted to click next to their name to collect the reward. Sometimes the answer is right under your nose!
